The Provincials have finished and it was an awesome weekend. It started a little slow wind-wise, but the last day made up for it as the wind was 17 knots average, with some nice gusts. And rain, there was a lot of rain on Sunday and Monday. Some bailed because they got so cold, others were in their element. There was some capsizing, some rock hitting and some testing of the gear. But no one got hurt seriously, so we call that a success! Volunteers came from all over the province, both on the water and in the kitchen, and it was a lot of fun to meet all these new faces.
